What Causes A Painful Lump On The Intergluteal Cleft?
Hi I have a very painful lump on the left hand of my bum crease almost parriel with my bum and vagina... I can t sit, change posture with it hurting. I cannot go to the toilet probably. There is also swellING and the area and causing a dull ache to my left leg. Any ideas

This sounds to me like pylonidal cyst or abscess and you should see proctolgost since the only permanent solution is surgery. Also,you can use sitz baths have this area depilated which can relieve pain.
