What Causes A Painful Lump Close To The Rectum?
I have a small purple lump on the right side of my anus. That hurts when I walk or sit down or when I do no. 2. And sometimes when I fart. It appeared like 2 or 3 nights ago. And it s annoying me. What could it be. I sometimes have a bump that s similar to it on my inner thigh but it usually goes away and I read that it may be a boil from my leg rubbing together when the walk. I m a male 30. And 300 lbs

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here it could be lymph node or cyst actually clinical examination is must till then it can be managed with the medicines given here, "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" sustain release once in day, Tab Cefadroxil 500 mg" twice in day, sitz bath can be tried, if these fails to responds then condition need to be clinically examined and investigated, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
