Hi I m having a cyst removed from my neck on the 4 of October when I went to the doctor on the 22 of this month the doctor asked if I had any other lumps on my body I did not but over the weekend I got a hard painful lump in the middle of my back near my spine should I be worried

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get that swelling reviewed by your primary care doctor and if needed biopsy of the swelling may be needed. For pain, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used.
