What Causes A Painful Bump In The Vagina?

.. hi so last night I fell asleep with my pad on cause at the time I was still spotting from my period. So I woke up and it was in this weird position so I fixed it and noticed this bump. It hurt when I touched it. I had sex on Saturday but I don’t think it’s from that I think it just got pinched by my pad and underwear so much that it created a bump near my clint and my hair line.
