What Causes A Oblong Shaped Hard Growth On Left Inner Thigh?

Hi, i have a smooth oblong shaped growth in my groin near the crease of my left inner thigh, i managed to get something out of it by squeezing it similar to what you get in acne spots, i had to squeeze very hard though and currently has no head, it feels hard, im worried i may have an STD

I think it is a lymph node swelling. This can occur if you have recent injuries over lower limbs .Also certain sexually transmitted diseases can also present in such manner. Have your weight monitored and have a proper diet . Make an appointment with a physician soon.
