Hello,

Dry mouth, swollen throat, anemia, and increased heart rate may be seen in pharyngitis or iron deficiency anemia etc.

Anemia itself may cause increased heart rate.

Other possibilities like hypertension or left ventricular failure or anemia or infection etc.

Get it done ECG, echocardiogram, chest x-ray and throat examination.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet pantoprazole.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
