Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. It may be dermoid cyst or lipoma or boil etc. Bleeding from the nose may be due to different cause like sinusitis or polyps or vigorous blowing of nose etc. Sinus headache may be possible. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day. Apply pressure over the nose for few seconds. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will do nasal packing then examine through endoscopy treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query.
