What Causes A Grey Bruise On The Leg After A Fall?

i recently fell on stairs; 9 days ago. I have three bruises on my right leg. One bruise is casing me concern due to it s shape ( about a 3 inch circle, a grayish and hard center). It appears to be getting better but it looks terrible. Should I go see a dr just for a bruise?

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As most bruise resolves with time. But on a safer side, I will advise taking an x-ray if any bone Injury is present.

Also, do hot water fermentation so the vascularization improves and the dead cells move out. Simple ankle toe movements will be of benefit as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
