What Causes A Fluid-filled Lump On The Scalp After A Head Injury?

Hi, I had a bad fall a week ago and cracked my head pretty hard. I now have a fluid filled lump on my head which I thought was just swelling from the fall but it s not going down and feels spongy to touch. I have no concussion symptoms, left A&E due to such a long line . Embarrassed to say this was late las Saturday and yes I had been drinking alcohol .
