Hi,

As per your query about bad taste in mouth, difficulty in swallowing and headache seems to be due to pharyngitis or tonsilitis but since significant weight loss is also there, you need to consult a physician and other investigation like complete and differential blood count and an MRI may be needed to reach a diagnosis.

I hope the information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Jyoti Pandey
