What Causes Nausea, Headache, Pain In Legs And Stomach, Lower Abdomen Pain And Tiredness?

Hi,I am 28 years, married woman. I get periods for 2-3 days only and my cycle is of 30 days plus/minus 2 days.I am trying to conceive from last 6 months.On 5th June, I had my periods for 3 days. I have intercourse on 19th and since then I am feeling of expecting.Nausea, Headache, pain in legs and stomach, lower abdomen, tiredness.But I had my period on 8th July again.. Still I am feeling the same. I took a home test today, it was negative.Please advice whats going on inside me.

The multiple symptoms that you are having can be related to gastritis, anxiety, depression, low levels of thyroid hormone or low levels of vitamin D3. This needs a few blood tests and starting with proper supplements will help.
