What Caused Pain In My Lower Back And Bloating In My Stomach Post Periods?

Hi, I have just finished a normal cycle but I seem to be very dizzy throughout the day lower back hurts and stomach seems to be very bloated. It started a day before my period was over? I have had 3 children so don t think it s likely to have a period if I was pregnant.

Kindly get the following tests done :

CBP , ESR , USG - Whole abdomen with pelvis , Vit. D , S.Iron. Check if the bloating is immediately after taking food or after a certain time.
