Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. From the description of the symptoms, it appears that she had an abortion if the pregnancy was clinically confirmed. Brown spotting indicates altered blood collected in the uterus. To clarify, you have to get a blood test and a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to help plan further management. Hope this helps.
