What Caused A Episode Of Acute Smelling, nausea And Dizziness?

I began to feel nausea, went to bathroom and my sense of smell was acute for all around me, I began to get dizzy, my face was ashen white, so I laid down on the floor because I was afraid I would pass out. It went away a little so I went to bed with some, but lessened nausea feeling. I did not vomit. By the next morning I had no symptoms. What would cause this?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have had one episode of nauea, dizziness and heightened sence of smell.
There is actually no explanation to such an incidence.
I would advise you to take an opinion of a Neurologist, get MRI of the brain and EEG to rule out any brain lesion and epilepsy as you had an aura.
ENT Endoscopy would help out to rule out any local causes.
Get treated accordingly.
Wishing you all the best.
