General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

We have to rule out possible causes like peripheral vascular disease and neuropathic causes.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation is required including vascular Doppler and nerve conduction study.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
