What Cause Pain And Pus In Stitching?
Aoa sir my father had accident 12days before and had 10 stiches on ankle . He is using povidine iodine 10% for cieaning wound and sodium fusidate tab tid but he is not felling well because now pus is oozing out from stiched st area and felling pain.what can i do next for treatment?

see the doctor who put stitches, this is due to the infection in the stitch line. need to open the wound, drain the puss and redo the wound all over again. dont delay, it will cause the infection to spread to your body further.
