What Cause Lower Abdominal Pain And Sharp Pain In The Vagina?
I have lower abdominal pain feels like an dull ache. Sometimes hurts to my back hip and occasionally accompanied by sharp pains in the left side of my vagina. This pain seems to be way more prominent after I eat. I also get head aches mild nausea and really the best way I can describe it is that my head feels "whirlybird" not faint or unfocused if I could imagine what was going on inside my body it would be a small tornado? I dunno I hope that makes sense. I really don't know what to do! Some symptoms are similar to pregnancy but I have done a hundred urine tests and one blood test in the last 2 months and all are negative!
HI. We have to find the cause of the Abdominal pain. You doing 100 urine tests indicates that you may be suffering from Pseudocyesis, as you also say that you have symptoms like one gets after pregnant. I would advise CT scan of the abdomen to start with to rule out Tubal pregnancy, Gastrontestinal cancer, Tubo-ovarian Cancer or so.
