What Can Help Lower Abdominal Pain And Heaviness, Bloating While Having A Distended Stomach?

Extreme lower abdominal pain and heaviness. I feel bloated and my stomach is distended. Every time I eat I vomit. When I sneeze or cough I have horrible abdominal pain and a pulling sensation. The pulling and pressure are acceaxerbated while walking or standing. I literally have to hold myself to move. I've tried laxatives, gas x, tums and malox. Nothing is working! I've had several firm bowel movements today so I'm not constipated but feel horrible! Please help!

Hi. Visit the Doctor as soon as possible as your history is suggestive of an intra-abdominal pathology. This needs an urgent investigation like ultrasonography and/ or CT Scan.
