Hello

Palpitations, chest tightness and buzzing feeling may be due to anxiety or panic attacks.

So do exercise regularly ,yoga and meditation. Avoid coffee and tea. Avoid smoking and alcohol.

Use anxiolytic medication which may give relief. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
