Hi,

Upon reviewing the history provided by you, it seems to be some cervical disc problem like cervical spondylosis. However, I need to know more clinical details. Do you have chest pain? What about cough, breathlessness? Have you sustained any previous injury to the neck or shoulder or do you have sweating when you have left arm pain?

I would also like to know about any medical conditions that you are diagnosed with like diabetes, cholesterol or high BP. I would also like to know your personal habits like smoking or drinking which can be very helpful to come to a clinical conclusion.

I would recommend you to get an X-ray of the cervical spine and ECG, preferably stress ECG. If u have not yet got your metabolic profile done, I would recommend you get one done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
