What Can Cause Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Burning Sensation During Urination?

so I masturbated solo at the beginning of last month then the next day after masturbating I was getting movements in my stomach, and thought I was pregnant, but as my understanding that s not possible. I kept worrying about it, and I still do. Anyways I ended getting my period, but it was not normal it was bright red filled pads for 2 days and then the next day which was the third day it was there but not filling a pad it was still a bit of blood and after that the 3 next days was just spotting. There were a few blood clots but were small. After my vaginal discharge is white milky discharge but sometimes its clear and stretchy and yellowish tint comes along but just watery burns when i urinate
