What Can Cause Dizziness Followed By Fainting, Confusion And White Vision?
today for the first time while I was riding passenger in a vehicle I got dizzy and passed out. I was told I was unresponsive for less than a minute, but when I woke up I was confused and I had white vision and don t remember any of this. I was sweating uncontrollably in a very air conditioned vehicle but felt cold, after I started to feel better I had to have the driver pull over and I vomited.

It can be transient hypoglycemia or hypotension like condition. For that it's advisable to measure your blood pressure and sugar level. If you have a positive cardiac history, then EKG investigation needed to rule out any cardiac cause of the present. Kindly mention any common cold like congestive symptoms if present.
