Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to infection or chondritis or eczema. Maintain good hygiene, use anti-oedema measure locally.

Use oral and local antibiotics. Apply moisturizer cream in case of the dry environment.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
