I had unprotected sex for 30 sec and i ejaculate inside her vaginal , i am worry i call her and she told me she was negative . i got massage from her saying that she done the test and she is negative , but she told me something make me nervous ,The doctor told her to tell me that i better make the test because maybe i can catch from her even if she doesn't have or the HIV can not grew inside her but maybe can grow inside me

there is nothing like that.
there should be a source of infection either in you or her in order to transmit the disease.
if in case there is no such thing, the possibility of getting HIV is very very less.
do be positive.
do take proper precautions in future.
