What Can Cause Black Specks In Saliva?
I woke up this morning with a black tongue, a bitter taste in my mouth and black specks in my saliva. I do have barretts esophagus and I take a proton pump inhibitor. Last night I also took a chewable pepto bismal. During my research, I found that pepto could be the cause of the black tongue but I am concerned about the black specks in saliva and the bitter taste.
