What Can Be The Cause Of Frequent Nosebleeds, Petichia, Bruising Easily, Fatigue And Tiredness?
Having frequent nosebleeds, petichia and bruising easily. Fatigue and tiredness. I am a 53 yr. old female. I actually have had this on going for several years. I can scratch a bug bite and bruise and I have occasional bruising around my fingers not associated with trauma. I rarely drink alcohol. I limit taking any NSAID s. I had a hysterectomy 13 yrs ago...I can not get pregnant. I had my rotor cuff repaired 8 yrs. ago, avm cranial bleed 33 yrs ago. What else do you need to know?

I really need your white blood cell counts and also your platelet count as a variation in these two causes recurrent bleeds and fatigue . A peripheral blood smear would help a lot .
