Hello It seems from the history that your daughter is having swelling of the eye with sticky discharge. These symptoms indicate infective conjunctivitis and treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops. winolap contains olopatadine and it is an antiallergic eye drops used for treatment of eye allergies like allergic conjunctivitis. Hence I advice you to start antibiotics eye drops.
Thank you
