What Can A Painful Mass In The Pelvic Area Indicate?

I have this mass located in the lower pelvic area. It comes and goes. And also gives me pain. Recently I have a partial hysterectomy hoping this was the problem. But after 3 weeks I still have the mass. No hernia was detected during laparoscopy. What else could it be?? It s on both sides

You can consult a dermatologist and get an ultrasound scan done.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.
