Hello, You may be having relapsing fungal infection. Called dermatophytosis or ringworm infection. Relapse is may be due to poor immunity,poor hygiene, internal diseases like diabetes, anemia,vitamin deficiencies and resistance to medicines. Combination therapy for few months would be needed like Itroconazole twice a day with Fluconazole twice a week. Apply Terfinafine with salicylic acid oint on the affected parts at night till the clearance of infection and Clotrimazole powder during day time. Take all steps to improve immunity and hygiene.
