What Can I Do For Sinusitis Along With Cough And Green Phlegm?

hello I am 49 yr old male I have a sinus infection that I have been nursing along and it is getting worse and I cannot control the cough at night i am getting very tired because i cough all night and then spend 30 minutes in the am coughing and spittin up all the mucus and dark green stuff what can I do? do i get a Rx with this service

Hi,

You may be suffering from upper and lower respiratory tract infections with secondary bacterial infection.

Avoid cool drinks and cold water. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days is also useful.

Use tablet Amoxiclav. Use tablet Cetirizine.

if symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
