What Can I Do As Feeling Lumps In Throat And Headaches And Insomnia?

my hair hurts growing on my legs and on top of my haid I just had a baby 4 months ago i am 38 I,ve been feeling a lump in my throat and pulling in the chest first i thought maybe post pardom anxiety but its not going away head aches and insomnia aswell
