What Are The Withdrwal Side Effects Of Tramodal ER?
I have been on tramodal er at 200 per day for about 1 month. 1 week ago. I reduced it to 100 with plans to be off entirely, Next week when I go back to the doctor. Are there side affects from reducing or going off entirely? I cannot find anything and didn't think to ask the Dr. I have had many issues since I reduced it. Also,I do have fibromyalgia. Thank you
You have been on Tremadol Extended release 200 mg per day since last one month. You have started reducing the doses of tremadol. Tremadol is an synthetic opioid drug. Long term use results in dependence and sudden stoppage of its use results in withdrawal symptoms. Common withdrawal effects are insomnia, yawning, muscle spasms, pain, craving, anxiety, restlessness, diarrhoea, numbness, tingling etc symptoms. So I would not advise you to go off from this drug entirely. This will cause significant withdrawal and your symptoms may reoccur. Consult your doctor for gradual reduction of doses.
Thanks, hope this helps you
