what are ways you can observe your heart beating?
my age is 41 years old and I am 5 feet with a history of diabetes, high blood pressure and some thyroid problems. I want to know what are some ways that I can observe my heart beating. My daughter is 6 years in good condition.

HI,

At first you should have an ECG done. If it doesn't reveal anything then the next step is Holter monitoring which is an examination, when you are given a small device for a day and it records 24 hour ECG.
