What Are The Uses Of Siphene And MCBM?

Hi sir my age:27,height:161cm,weight:74kg 2 years back I got marriage but we are trining for pragnancy from 1 year recently I went for check up my doctor suggest siphene 50gm tables for 5 days, mcbm 69 for 30 days and obimet sr 500 mg what is the use of these tablets?

Siphene 50 mg contains clomiphene which is used to treat female infertility. It is used in women who are unable to become pregnant, due to ovulation problems or suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It stimulates ovulation by causing the pituitary gland to release more FSH and LH, which stimulate the growth of an ovarian follicle containing an egg.

MCBM 69 contains methylcobalamin, folic acid and pyridoxine and is used to treat pernicious anemia. It is ideal combination in pregnancy and lactation, neurological disorders and in pre-post natal weakness. Folic acid plays vital role in preventing many serious birth defects and improves brain development and functioning.

Ovimet Sr 500 mg contains metformin which is an antidiabetic medication is used to help improve the rate of ovulation, increasing the chances of getting pregnant. And Ovimet Sr has benefits even after someone gets pregnant, it can reduce the risk of developing type 2 DM due to blood sugar problems caused by PCOS. It can also help to lose extra weight gained because of PCOS.
