What Are The Treatments For Headache, Dizziness And Ringing In Ears?

I am a female who had a bad fall and concussion about 12 days ago. I am experiencing headache, dizziness, ringing in ears and general not feeling well. I have the name of a neurologist Dr. Blondin referred to me by my Primary Dr. Dr. Arnold Peterson. Was just trying to get some info on him. ML

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this is head injury, the symptoms that you experiencing could be due to the meningeal irritation, in case of head injury this should be watched up to 48 hours because any thing could happen during this time period, it is better to get done the CT imaging, and you feel that your symptoms are subsiding then no need to worry about this, for the symptomatic relief you can take the Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day for nausea Tab Ondansetron once three times in day, hope this information helps you, have good day.
