My 6 year old daughter gets a blue ring around her mouth sometimes, especially in temp. changes. This has happened since she was born, she came home with blue hands, feet, and around her nouth. We are going for and ekg this week im worried. The doctor said if it's not a heart condition its Raynaud's. What do you think?

Typical characteristic of Raynaud's is the sensitivity to cold particularly to the peripheral limbs.
