What Are The Symptoms Of Primary Complex Among Babies?

Hello, My daughter 2 year 7 months, she is not gaining weight and frequently catching cold and mild fever.Doctor suggested blood urine test, after referring blood test doctor suggesting for X ray test and Mantoux Test.But in result Mantoux test is negative and but in X-ray report was mentioned suggestive to primary complex.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Tuberculosis primary complex is commo n in child it is due to mycobacteria tuberculossi.
Following are the symptoms of it:
Inability to gain weight
Irritability and crying
Low appetite
Evening rise low grade fever
Inability to sleep at night and sweating at night
Some time enlargement of neck area due to enlarged lymph node

It generally diagnosed in the Chest Xray
You should start the anti tuberculous drug and require close follow up to doctor
