What Are The Symptoms Of Peritonitis?

There was inflammatory fluid, and the bowel was eviscerated. In the proximal jejunum, there was evidence of induration in the mesentery consistent with inflammation and possible perforation. Is this enough information to ask the surgeon for peritonitis?

HI
Well come to HCM
The given history may be the reason before the surgeon to say that this could be peritonitis because this is just enough clinical evidence and this may be the emergency may not take a chance to think something else, hope this helps.
