What Are The Symptoms Of Hormonal Migraines?

I am a 40 year old healthy female. Twice in the past week I have woken up in the morning shaky, with a headache. After 30 minutes or so I throw up 3 or 4 times. Then feel mostly better but not 100 percent. This happened twice in past when I was very dizzy beforehand and with extreme headache. This time was less severe with no dizziness. I am not pregnant. I am on antibiotics for a sinus infection but have been so for 10days with no effects that I have noticed. I've read about inner ear issues and hormonal migraines but my symptoms don't seem to be cut and dry.
