What are the symptoms of breast cancer?

I am still experiencing left arm pain and tingling in breastbone sensations hard to describe when move in different positions even at rest I have recently been diagnosed with severe spinal stinosis in my neck and have been referred to a neurosurgeon I also have mentioned to you about my large hiatal hernia maybe this is what s causing my chest symptoms I don t know I just hope it s not cancer in my chest area because cancer is very prevalent on both sides of my family I am extremely worried about my intermittant chest pains.

1. Not to worry. It looks like the symptoms are from the hernia.
2.Symptoms of breast Cancer generally stars with feeling of a lump inside the breast/enlarged breast tissue/pain/lymph nodal enlargement/discharge.
3.Some are with out lump but still symptoms are seen.
4.In your case if you feel any discomfort in breast - suggest a non invasive breast scan to keep your self confirm.
