General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms of a fracture depend on the extent, type, location of the fracture.

Many minor cracks are mildly painful or even asymptomatic while those of large fractures tend to give enormous pain, movement restrictions and so forth.

I recommend consulting your doctor for the discussion about the need of X-ray of the injured part.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
