What Are The Symptoms If Colon Damage?

After having anal sex my friend is worried she may have some slight damage to her colon. perhaps some mild bruising, but its a bit early on in symptom there has been slight bleeding but nothing out of the ordinary after having anal sex. she is a little worried due to some abdominal pains, and i would like to know if there are any signs we may run across to let us know if there is any serious damage, as to promptly get her examined

Basically, signs of proctitis ( inflammation of the rectum) and distal colitis include tenesmus( incomplete evacuation with repeated attempts ) and painful defecation, mucus or blood may be present. There may be accompanying anal pain also. Damage to Colon is manifested by, lower belly pain, painful defecation, and altered bowel habits.
