What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Stroke?

what kind of doctor would I see for sever cramping in chest, under arms and up the back of my head . sometimes I feel like a stroke or MS or MD. when I reach behind me to pull my bra down my arm will go into a twist that I must take my other hand to straighten out.

Here as per your explanation it does not look like stroke. Stroke will happen with many more symptoms like functional disability and giddiness headache or vomiting.
Now next coming to your health issue. Still the complite information is not available like your age and existing medical problem. As well if any then since when? Also it is not explain that current problem is since when?
To answer your question which doctor you should visit is 1st I suggest to visit cardiologist and if every thing is fine then must visit ortho to rule out the ortho problem like shoulder or neck pain. It may also be due to calcium deficiency.
