Dear doctor .. Last night i had sex with an prostitute and while having sex the condom brusted.. I immediately took my penis out and one more thing i would like to mention is that when the condom brusted, at that time just and just head of my penis was touching her vagina.. I immediately took my penis out and changed the condom and continued with the new one. So is there any possibility of having AIDS. can it be checked at this initial stage if there is any AIDS. And if i have any then can it be treated.
Hi Cindom broke during intercourse and you have immediately removed. If there is contact with any vaginal secretions then there is a chance of getting HIV otherwise you van not get it. For early detection of HIV please undergo NAT( nucleic acid amplification) test which can diagnose as early as possible. In doubtful case prophylaxis witg Pre ART(anti retroviral disease) can be taken and for treatment please contact a near by Medical officer at ART Centre and he will prescribe the drugs. I hope I have clarified all your doubt's All the best
