Swollen face with albumin and RBCs in urine indicates a kidney disease called Nephritic syndrome. I would like to know if there is any decreased urine in past few days and also check his blood pressure and let us know. I would also like know if your dad is suffering from diseases like diabetes , hypertension .please do reply.
