Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Some people who flush and blush easily, actually have an underlying rosacea tendency.

You should use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day and avoid certain triggers like spicy foods, strong sun, strong emotional stimuli, heat and cold etc. Besides you could also use a topical metronidazole gel at night. It is an antiinflammatory gel and helps in decreasing the redness/persistent erythema of face.

Laser and IPL works best in reducing the erythema of rosacea. You can go in for IPL sessions from a dermatologist.

For acne marks you could use a kojic acid based cream once or twice daily. Kojic acid is non-irritating and suitable for sensitive skin.
