Hello Ave, Zerodol P is a painkiller having a combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol, these are also called NSAIDs(non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). these drugs used to reduce pain and inflammation, although these drugs are quite safe but they have often been related to peptic ulcers, so it would be wise to use a PPI(proton pump inhibitor) like omeprazole or pantoprazole along as well. also taking zerodol after meals reduces chances of ulcers. Avoid any anticoagulant medication like warfarin, antipsycotics like lithium and avoid smoking and alcohol till the course ends. apart from this Zerodol P is a very effictive and safe drug to relieve pain. i hope my answer satisfied most of your queries. good luck and get well soon.
