What Are The Side Effects Of Using Undiluted Apple Cider Vinegar?

I have been using full undiluted Acv last year for 2 months until i realized i was damaging my skin. now i have small bumps on my head that won t go away and very dry skin that burns and does not seem to turn back to normal. how do i give back my skin natural oils and clear my acne

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you may have allergic contact dermatitis due to apple cider vinegar.
-do not worry much, it will be fine.
-first of all, stop applying apple cider vinegar.
-you skin may be couldn't tolerate apple cider vinegar, hence allergic.
-do not apply any cosmetics, scented soaps, oil over the lesions.
- you may take tab levocetrizine twice a day.
- you may apply topical mild corticosteroids like mometasone furoate(0.1%) cream twice a day over the lesion.
- for acne you may use deriva c gel twice a day after washing your face.
if persistant, consult a dermatologist nearby.
