What Are The Side Effects Of Vyvance 40mg ?

i have been takeing 40 mg vyvance for about two weeks now and just recently under my chin on the right side wher my chin law line ends and neck begins a lymph node has swollen i tend to have dry mouth and throat because of the vyvance and that causes me to swallow alot. could the vyvance be the problem for the node

Nausea, vomiting, constipation, stomach/abdominal pain, loss of appetite, dry mouth, headache, nervousness, dizziness, trouble sleeping, sweating, weight loss, irritability, and restlessness may occur as side effects of Vyvance 40mg.
