Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. Based on the history you have shared, she should be evaluated again by the anesthetist and serious side effects of muscle relaxants and other anesthesia medications need to be ruled out along with serum CK and LDH levels. Keep good hydration and consult the primary doctor again and symptoms shouldn't be ignored.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
